My Bill Features
The My Bill tab allows you access up to date billing and statement information anytime, anywhere, from almost any computer. Here are some of the available options

Enroll in Auto Pay or pay your bill each month using your preferred payment method.
- Checking or savings account.
- Debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover accepted).

View your account payments and other recent activity since your last billing statement.
- Recent payments and adjustments.
- Charter On Demand and Charter Pay-Per-View purchases.
- Other activity including Phone charges.

| Bill Delivery Options |
The ability for you to choose how your monthly bill is delivered.
- Online (Paperless)
- Receive paper bills and view online

| Available Statements |
Statement options:
- View/Print up to 6 available statements after you register.
- View/Print Call Details for Charter Phone customers.

View Statements Online
Monthly Email Reminder
Once you register, you will receive a monthly email notification to the contact email address you provided to remind you that your bill is available online.
Available Statements
After you register, statement retention begins with the following bill and as the statement history continues you will be able to view up to five months of previous bills by selecting Available Statements link on www.charter.com/myaccount.

View Recent Activity
Login at www.charter.com/myaccount and select the Recent Activity link to view recent payments and purchases, On Demand purchases and other charges and credits since your last statement. Customers with Charter Phone service will also be able to view recent phone activity and charges.

Pay My Bill

Payments Options
Types of payments accepted online are:
- Electronic Funds Transfer Service (EFTS) from your checking or savings account,
- Debit card or your credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Discover accepted).
Any of these payment types can be a one time or Auto Pay (recurring payment).

One-time Payments
One-time payments are real time payments withdrawn from youy bank account or credit card immediately and therefore cannot be cancelled online through My Account. You will receive a confirmation number on this web site when the payment is accepted as well as a confirmation email. Please print or save a copy of the Payment Confirmation page for future reference.

Confirm a Payment
If you made a payment using My Account, you should have received a confirmation page and email notification. You may also select the My Recent Activity link located from www.charter.com/myaccount.

One-time Payment Cancellations
One-time payments are real time payments withdrawn from the credit card company immediately. You will need to notify your bank or credit card company for assistance. EFTs (Electronic Fund Transfers) are posted within 24 hours.

Auto Pay
Save time, sign up for Auto Pay to have your monthly bill paid automatically every month. Payment can be made using your checking or savings account or through debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted).

Enroll in Auto Pay
Enrolling in Auto Pay is easy! Click on the Setup Auto Pay button located on the My Bill Summary or Pay Bill sections. You can enroll using your checking or savings account or with a debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted). Once enrolled, Auto pay must be verified through your financial institution which may take up to 20 days following enrollment. Please continue to make one-time payments until Auto Pay appears on your statement.

Update Auto Pay
You may update Auto Pay (recurring payment) online at any time by logging into My Account at www.charter.com/myaccount and select Pay Bill button. Click here to view steps to update your information.

Bill Delivery Options

Go Paperless
You may elect to cancel your paper bill anytime, now that you are able to view your statements online. Simply login at www.charter.com/myaccount, select My Bill tab; then select Bill Delivery Options or Go Paperless to submit your change.

My Bill Delivery Option
You may elect to cancel your paper statement at anytime or choose to receive both online and paper statements. Simply login to your account at www.charter.com/myaccount and select My Bill tab; then select the Bill Delivery Options or the Go Paperless button to submit your change.
You will receive an email within a few minutes confirming your preferred statement delivery at your contact email address listed on the My Profile tab.

All you need to do is login to My Account, click on My Bill, and then click the Call Details to view information.
